Exhibitor Registration

Booths will be approved on a first-come/first-serve basis.
After you have completed the application, you will be contacted by GHRA after it is reviewed by GHRA Executive Officers and the Board of Directors. GHRA reserves the right to approve/disapprove or relocate any registration request.

This year we are offering lead gathering devices to all exhibitors which will allow you to scan a guest's badge and take notes related to the conversation you have with that guest.

The number of units that will be used by you and your employees during the show.

$75 - Booth Delivery and Setup

We deliver and setup the the terminal at your booth and train your staff on how to operate the unit prior to the opening of the exhibition floor. At the end of the show we will come by and pick up the unit from you.

$60 - Custom Qualifiers

Customize your leads by adding custom qualifiers. For example, you can create a custom qualifier for each of the products you are displaying or packages the lead is interested in learning more about.

$20 - Conversion to MS Excel

Your downloadable leads are converted to Excel automatically, and are ready to use


NOTE: You WILL need to bring a credit card the day of the tradeshow to pick up your Lead Gathering device. The card will not be charged but will be on file in case the device is not returned
